Where Do People Make/Get Those 3D BACKGROUNDS?

I've seen them on a lot of the older palaces, I suppose. And I'm thinking of the 3D Backgrounds that people have used for like ex. Harry Potter Palaces, etc. Is there somewhere I can make them myself?? Or is there a website to get them off of? Helpp please! I've been wondering for this for awhile and have searched everywhere!

Well 3D or 2D it is all the same really, just whatever you can make yourself or find online. Here in the gallery we have a collection of free to use backgrounds. Or just use google image search to look for whatever you want and edit it into a Palace background.
