Animation Delay Script

[TK#26]

I am looking for a animation script that will allow me to delay it in between cycles. I have a 5 picture animation but I only want to run it every 5-10 minutes. I would however like to be able to set the time and pictures to something different if needed.

Would appreciate any help.
