Front End Crash

I've ran into some problems with the server crashing when a specific user comes on and i've located what seems to be the problem. I was wondering if anyone could assist me in repairing this issue.

So the server is up and running without any problems except a occasional frontend crash?

Have you installed all of the security plugins?

That is correct, its only occasional when that certain user logs on however.

All of the security plugins being?
Currently the plugins i have installed are
Altnames
Crashblock
Guardian
Killip
plugall
soundlimit

Right, I'm not an expert on guardian, to be honest I have never used it. But it seems like you have two issues: a client one and a server one. All I can think of right now is
perhaps they are one and the same? Any idea if the error is related to the client message?

Perhaps try running the server without the guardian plugin and see what happens?

I don't think they are related because only one user seems to be causing this accidental crash. I personally don't know i don't have much experience with Guardian myself. They could possibly be related. What might you recommend i do to as far as replacing Guardian if no one can provide support with Guardian?

Right, well it looks like someone might be crashing you on purpose if it is just one user.

As for guardian, I know the guy who wrote the plugin left Palace, last time I talkd to him he was thinking about moving to a organic farm (great idea btw.. no not being ironic) so not sure if anyone supports it?

It could be a combination off users script and configuration. You should perhaps ask them to keep a chatlog and see when the error happens?

The person that causes it i hardly find to be doing it on purpose. For one i've known this person. it's a female, she hardly has any knowledge of palace... I think it's just gaurdian. What should i replace guardian with?
