Since we are talking thresholds here, I submit that in my experience, the "do not exceed" size of a Client Prop Bag is around 46,000 KB MAX, where the addition of even a single 44 x 44 prop permanently corrupts the bag, a condition from which you cannot recover without having a backup to put in its place.
