i have my palace client sever but no one can see the bgs

what version windows are you running? What sort of connection do you have? ie....dialup,dsl, or cable?

Do a search on backgrounds or not loading background. I found multieple answers for this question on this forum.

get yourself a media hostt, like on a website that allows direct linking. then go to preferences on you palace server and put your host's URL in the right text area.
