Sorry but this is going to sound silly,but how do i ban a user for 68 years?

You can ban / kill someone to the max by adding -1 to whatever you use:

whisper or type with full IP.

'banip -1
'kill -1

etc.

You can also extend previously killed users with:
'extend username -1
