Strange problem with 2 Palace Servers

I have 2 Palace Servers running on Fedora Linux and I'm using the latest Palace Server build (4.5.1). Also, these 2 Palaces are running on 2 CPanel accounts (I have my own server).

I installed one Palace server (palacehouse.net:9998). Everything is fine. I install another Palace (gsc.palacehouse.net:9997). Now, both servers are showing the same exact rooms and bgs. The 1st one, palacehouse:9998, is supposed to be just like the Palace located at eplanet.manormania.com:9998.

I checked the prefs and conf files for Palace and edited them exactly as instructed in the Palace Server manual for putting 2 Palaces on 1 IP address.

I also checked the PAT files to be sure I didn't overwrite the 1st one. Both PAT files are different. I also doublechecked the prefs and conf files to be sure they had the correct info.

When I go to thepalace.com and get a server reg code, I get the same exact server reg code each time. I don't know if that's the problem or not.

I hope you guys can tell what problem I'm having. If you are confused, visit the 3 Palaces I'm talking about above and read my help request closely. The way I'm telling ya'll this is the clearest I can get.

You need to make sure the binding ports are different as well.

Default binding port is 1001 I think, uncomment it ( remove the ; in front of it) and change one port to 1002 or whatever you like.

Ok, I did that............the 1st one (palacehouse.net:9998) has 10001 and the 2nd one (gsc.palacehouse.net:9997) has 10002.

Now I'm having another problem. I can start and stop the 2nd Palace just fine. Now the 1st one will not start or stop and now I can't connect to it.

(If I try to start it, it'll act like it started. When I try to connect, it won't connect. When I try to stop it, it gives me an error saying it's already shut down or access denied.)

Would you happen to have a solution to that?
