If you want help or information, you need to help us a little. We need as much information about your problem as you can give us. This way we can help you in the best possible way, so please add things like:

-The color of your hair :twisted:

-Type of computer: Memory, Operating system (Windows, Mac and wich version)

- If its network related, please add info about your setup and connection.

-Exact discription of the problem, what software you use and what you have tried to do.

-Please also add info about any programs running in the background like
norton, maccaffee or other virus scanners.

-Please search this FORUM and the manual section on this website. Most questions have been answered many times before.
