A connection question

Hi,

If anyone knows what the possible causes could be to the following problem I would appreciate your input.

Many get into my palace with NO problems whatsoever. I use PServer on my Windows XP computer and I do not have any problems running it or Palace Software!

BUT I have noticed on my PServer log that there has been one person that keeps trying to come in my Palace and EVERY TIME she does I see on my PServer log disconnected due to comm error. If I remember right that is the exact words but I know for sure it reads comm error. Everyone else when they leave it shows on my PServer log that they logged off. I donot know of anyone else that tries to connect in my palace that gets that comm error message where they can't get in so I have no idea what it could be? But I do know this same person has tried many times unsuccessfully to get in my palace with this same error message each time.

Connection terminated due to comm error usually means their internet connection to your computer isn't good enough. It could also be a bot or just some other problem. If it is someone you know then you should ask them if they have this problem on other servers as well.
