Linux Palace Client Question??

Good Morning all,


I had the first person ask me about Linux CLIENT for Palace and when I did a search
here at this site I found the following below but I noticed it reads experimental client
so I wanted to ask it is still in the experimental stage or has it been successfully used
for awhile now? Not the PServer but the client is what my question is about and I know
absolutely nothing about Linux (yeah, I know I don't know much about windows,
either lol). Thanks!

LinPal is a long-abandoned project. Only the source code is available, and if you can get it to compile at all, don't expect much from it. It crashes A LOT, and it doesn't have support for props, doors, etc. It will render a room background and the basic face avatars. I don't recall if it has chat bubbles or not.

It was what I used as a starting point for developing my OpenPalace client.

However, if you wish to offer a linux client, there is an Adobe Air version of OpenPalace. I haven't released it to the general public yet, but I'll send you the URL to it if you ask me.
