Download isn't working

This download isn't working, UltraEdit IPT WordFile (under Online Tools)
Does someone maybe have this file? yes? can you put it online or send it to mail email.

Downloads for me? Perhaps the site had to many visitors, can get a bit overloaded at times, sadly all i can afford.

The download works, but if i want to unpack it, it says:

.rar?? its a .zip file: IptWordfile.zip no idea how you could download this as a .rar. How blond are you?? lol :)

Anyway, just in case you can't solve it here is the whole text file. Copy this to a .text file called IptWordfile.txt and place it in your ultraedit folder.

By the way this file was made by Tandika, sadly she left Palace for the real world. To be a grandmother is my guess.

(It is named rar because i tried a lot of things to open it. So i renamed it but forget to renamed it back but same message.)

Strange its a zip file so winzip should open it, actually Winrar should open it as well if you tried to use that. Windows XP should just open it by default without any programs. So not sure why you have a problem with zip files.
