still can not access as i have posted previously still recieving those messages when i log into Palace and i have gone on to 4 other computers/laptops to try and go the link you gave me as well others that have the dl which directs me to the link i left and still nothing... hoping that i can get some help i cant uninstall if i dont have to reinstall
