People can't connect to my palace//read for more info!

Okay, Ive tried everything. Only I can connect to my palace, which by the way is a free one. I have DSL and Norton Internet Security.. And i've disabled N.I.S for everytime I get on. So the firewall isnt the problem..
I'm wondering if it has something to do with dsl? I doubt it but maybe.
Also, I used to have a palace and it was working just fine.. but now its not -_-
The port number is staying the same every single time!! Gahh and even when i deleted everything on the palaceserver and redownloaded it, the address still stayed the same!
and for some reason when i change my SYSOP field it keeps going to its default..!!
Help would be greatly appreciated!!

by accident i enabled guests from coming to my palace...how can i reable them? and how do i get an adress for my palace?
