This is a very common questions and tobe honest I don't know of any free Palace hosting. If you really have a lot of problems you might want to look into joining the Yahoor group maillist for Palace servers:
There you can ask any and all Palace Server questions. The thing to remember is that most problems will be the same on a hosted Palace, it is not the ultimate answer to all problems.
